Prof. B. VAN BRABANT and O. CAPRASSE to speak at the AIPPI Conference on "Contracts, Arbitration, Mediation, Artificial intelligence and Intellectual Property" (Brussels, November 21th, 2019)

Professor Bernard VAN BRABANT and former-Dean Olivier CAPRASSE will talk at the next Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (“AIPPI”) Conference.

The title of the Conference is “Contracts, Arbitration, Mediation, Artificial intelligence and Intellectual Property –Crossed Academic, public and private views”.

Professor Bernard VAN BRABANT will intervene on “Recent developments on contracts, abusiveclauses, competition, evidence law, andstate supported R&D: impacts on IP transactions?”.

Professor Olivier CAPRASSE will talk on “Arbitrage, Mediationand Intellectual Property”.

The conference will take place in Brussels (Hotel Hilton Brussels Grand Place), on November 21, 2019.
